MISTAKE # 2 TRYING TO WORKOUT WITH A BAD DIET

Some people try to workout alot and eat less and skip meals . This will cause weakness and can effect the digestive system of  your body. Just eat clean and cut out the junk food but do not skip your meals . Eat fruits and vegetables . Eat clean ; train mean.

MISTAKE # 3 ATTEMPTING TO LOSE WEIGHT TOO FAST

Another common mistake that people make when trying to.lose weight is expecting quick results. Although its possible to losef weight rapidly but it ain’t a healthy way. Just aim to lose 2lbs per week and you will achieve your goals.

MISTAKE # 4 CONSUMING DIET FOODS AND DIET DRINKS

Consuming these “diet” foods and drinks will only damage your brain so don’t get fooled by them . Also don’t take diet supplements . They are of no use and there’s no damn magic pill that can help you lose weight without putting in effort. Just eat clean and train mean.

Here is what you have to do:

Take a small piece of watermelon and mash the flesh into a pulp. Apply the pulp on your entire face and let it dry.
Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
